The company has many years of experience in the health and safety and first aid training sector. GD Training can offer public courses in our own training centre, at various other venues or bespoke in-house training in your own premises.
The most popular first aid training courses that are on offer are First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid at Work, First Aid Requalification. The health and safety training courses include Manual Handling and IOSH Managing Safely.
Our head office is in Queen Square in the centre of Leeds business and education district, GD Training provides HSE approved first aid training and health and safety training to clients throughout the UK
The Managing Director, David Gemlo-Dunstan, has been involved in the health and safety and first aid training sector for many years. Having previously worked in the corporate training market, David is more than qualified to oversee the business and his passion for excellence is at the forefront of all that GD Training does.
With state of the art facilities and fully qualified staff, the company delivers a professional training service to individuals and business. The service is designed to be cost effective, informative, rewarding and fun, helping clients to reach their goals.
GD Training also offer a free service to help companies understand what first aid training is needed to comply with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and what that may mean to your business and will contact your company representative with updates to the legislation if requested.

It is a legal requirement for employers to undertake a First Aid risk assessment. GD Training can offer a risk assessment service that will determine whether your company is legally compliant and build a first aid training course in First Aid at Work and Emergency First Aid at Work that has an emphasis on your organisational needs.
The approved code of practice for First Aid at Work regulations states "an employer should make an assessment of first aid needs appropriate to the circumstances of each work place".
