Completion of an online booking form, email booking confirmation, request in writing or a telephone booking will constitute a legally binding agreement. Upon receipt of your booking we will send you confirmation that we have received your booking within seven working days. If you do not receive this confirmation within seven working days, please contact us by telephone or email. Detailed joining instructions including confirmation of the venue are normally released seven days prior to the commencement of the course.
Payment Options

We also accept payment by cheque – please ensure your cheque is made payable to 'GD Training and Development Limited'.
If you wish to pay by invoice, this must be paid 14 days before the course start date. If this is your preferred option and you have selected "INVOICE" on your course booking form, we will automatically issue the invoice to you within 3 working days.
Booking Terms & Conditions
1. If this is a booking by an individual or a booking from a UK private limited company or partnership, payment must be received by GD Training at least 14 days before the course start date unless the booking is made within 14 days of the course, in which case payment must be received within 3 working days of the booking date. If this is a UK corporate (plc) or public sector booking, payment must be received within 14 days of the invoice date.
2. In the event of the customer cancelling a booking, you agree to pay GD Training the fees defined in the table below for cancelling or postponing a booking. (If a booking is initially postponed but then cancelled, the cancellation will be treated as if it occurred at the earlier postponement date(s) if as a result, the fees due are greater than the fees associated with the actual cancellation date).
Notice provided for cancellation or postponement
More than 28 days - no cancallation or postponement fees
14 to 28 days - 50% cancellation fee or 25% postponement fee
Less than 14 days - 100% cancellation fee or 50% postponement fee
3. In the unlikely event that a workshop has to be cancelled by GD Training you will be entitled to receive a full refund of any monies paid. Alternatively you may choose to attend a future workshop of similar duration. GD Training will not be held liable for any other costs that might be incurred as a result of the cancellation.
